Positions Available:
Full-Time Associate Attorney

We are seeking a full-time associate attorney with 0-5 years of experience. We represent people in the following types of matters, from the simple to the complex:

• Divorce
• Custody and Visitation
• Child and Spousal Support
• Division of assets, including retirement & closely held business interests
• Protective Orders

This position offers the following opportunities:

• Client contact and hands-on experience
• Opportunities to go to court in Circuit and Juvenile Courts
• Drafting settlement agreements and other contracts
• Drafting pleadings for litigation, including discovery requests and responses
• Assist our clients in many different methods of dispute resolution, including: Litigation, Negotiation, Collaborative Law, and Mediation

Job Requirements:

• Virginia State Bar License in good standing
• 0-5 years legal experience in divorce and family law in Virginia
